Repeatable work steps
properly set up.

We handle manual and semi-automatic work steps that require reliable repetition: feeding parts, inserting, checking, counting, sorting and preparing for packaging. This is a practical fit for small brands that do not want to set up their own assembly stations – but still need clean results and flexible batch sizes. If specific fixtures or devices are required for assembly, we can integrate them into the workflow. Three-phase power and compressed air are available on-site.

Kitting of small batches

Every project is different. We kit products according to your process: counting, sorting, pre-assembling, bundling, labeling and packaging. For every order, we can set up a digital order board – showing status, photos and open items. This keeps it clear what is happening now and what is coming up next.

Packaging & order preparation

We package products individually, as sets, or in prepared shipping boxes depending on the order. Re-packaging, inserts, labels, or simple custom requests can also be integrated.Upon request, we prepare shipments with German DHL labels and take the packages to Germany for handover. This turns individual parts or semi-finished goods into a ready-to-ship order – properly prepared, transparent, and ready for delivery.

Warehouse & order staging

We store goods, components, and packaging materials clearly on-site and provide them based on specific orders. If desired, we only assemble, kit, package, and ship once a concrete order is received. This keeps your inventory flexible and allows small batches to be processed according to actual demand.

Transparency per order

Upon request, we manage orders via a digital order board. This allows us to document status, photos, open items, and upcoming steps. This ensures visibility regarding the current status of an order – from incoming goods through kitting and packaging to final shipment.

Frequently Asked Questions

A short overview of how working with Fairsavont looks – simple, flexible and focused on practical work.

Fairsavont supports companies with practical, manual and semi-automatic work steps around products, packaging and order preparation.

This includes product assembly, kitting, labeling, sorting, rework, packaging, quality checks and simple fulfillment tasks.

We do not focus on highly automated mass logistics. Our focus is hands-on work that needs to be done reliably and clearly.

Fairsavont is a good fit for small brands, growing companies, retailers, manufacturers and start-ups that want to outsource practical work without building their own assembly or packaging setup.

Typical projects are tasks that take too much time internally but are too small, too manual or too specific for large logistics providers.

We take over simple and repeatable work steps such as product assembly, set assembly, kitting, adding inserts, labeling, repacking, sorting, visual inspection, rework, basic order preparation or preparing B2B shipments.

If a process can be clearly described, we can usually check if it can be handled in our setup.

Yes. This is exactly where Fairsavont is most useful.

You don’t need to start with large volumes. Many projects begin with a small batch to test workflow, time, quality and cost. From there, the process can be expanded step by step.

No. For many projects, a simple setup via email, spreadsheet, photos or clear instructions is enough to get started.

We keep the entry simple on purpose. If a project grows, processes can become more structured – but it doesn’t need to be complex in the beginning.

Yes, this can be checked.

If a project requires a small machine, fixture or specific tool, we can review together if it fits our setup. Power supply, workspace and a practical production environment are available. Details like space, safety, operation and maintenance are clarified per project.

Yes, goods can be delivered directly to our location in Poland.

It’s important to align this in advance: what is arriving, how it is packed, how many cartons or pallets, what work needs to be done and where the goods should go afterwards.

The clearer the inbound setup, the smoother and more cost-efficient the process.

In general yes, but customs handling must be clearly defined in advance.

For goods coming from outside the EU, it is important whether they are already cleared or if the importer is responsible for customs.

We can receive and process goods, but we do not handle unclear customs situations. Before shipping, it should be clear who is the importer and who takes care of customs clearance.

In our standard setup, usually not.

You do not rent your own warehouse, you do not operate your own storage space and you do not employ your own staff in Poland. Fairsavont works as an external service partner.

Polish tax registration becomes relevant mainly if you create taxable activities in Poland yourself, for example selling to Polish customers or running your own import/export processes.

For product assembly, kitting or fulfillment without your own warehouse structure in Poland, we keep the setup simple.

If you already use OSS, it remains your responsibility as the seller.

We do not provide tax advice, but we can document logistics and order preparation clearly so your accountant can work with it.

For standard cross-border B2C sales within the EU, OSS can still apply. Using our service in Poland does not replace that assessment.

This should be checked separately.

Deliveries to Polish customers can be treated differently for tax purposes than deliveries to other EU countries. If Poland is planned as a sales market, it should be clarified in advance whether VAT registration in Poland is required.

For the start, it is often simpler to focus on other EU countries or B2B shipments and add Poland later if needed.

The easiest way is a short description:

  • What is the product?
  • What work needs to be done?
  • How many units are planned?
  • How will the goods arrive?
  • Where should the goods go afterwards?

We then check if the process fits our setup, estimate costs and see if a small test run makes sense.
